2. Account Selling/Trading/Transferring/Macro Rerolled may against Developers TOS but no issues so far and 100% safe with every other Mobile Games, 6000+ Successful Transactions. Please be aware when purchasing one!
3. There is no ban in Reroll Accounts with Macro or even using it. Interfering Game File like Hacked/Modded/Duped/Cheap Currency Purchase will get you banned.
4. If the developers decided not to allow Reroll Accounts, there is nothing we can do. we won't take responsibility if developers decide to enforce their rules at any time.
5. Due to the nature of the products and services, we must enforce a strict no refund policy. All sales are considered final and will no longer be eligible for a refund once a product or service has been delivered to you.
6. Fresh Gacha reserves the right for any constant change of products prices.
7. Fresh Gacha reserves the right to reject any orders.
8. You are able to enter into binding agreements.
9. You are over the age of eighteen (18).
10. You possess a valid email address.
11. You can pay using one of the methods offered by Stripe: Credit Card, Apple pay, or Google Pay.
12. We own the Products. For the avoidance of doubt, we create, manufacture, design, or license the Products listed on this Website.

• There is no obligation for Fresh Gacha to issue a refund in the case that a product was purchased by accident, purchased by a family member, or if any sort of buyer's remorse sets in, after using the product.
• In accordance with our refund policy, we do not offer exchanges or trade-ins.
